Accessibility Statement

Last updated: February 7, 2026

Udvarex is committed to ensuring that its online platform is accessible to all users, regardless of ability or the technology they use to access it. We believe that everyone deserves equal access to educational content, live webinars, and interactive tools available through jedywoa.info.

Our Commitment

We strive to make our platform perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for the widest possible audience. Our goal is to conform to recognised international accessibility guidelines and to continuously improve the user experience for people with disabilities, including those who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control software, or alternative input devices.

Applicable Standards

We aim to meet the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines are developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and represent the internationally accepted standard for web accessibility.

The four core principles we follow are:

Perceivable — Information and user interface components must be presentable to users in ways they can perceive. This includes providing text alternatives for non-text content, captions for multimedia, and sufficient colour contrast.

Operable — User interface components and navigation must be operable. This includes making all functionality available from a keyboard and giving users enough time to read and interact with content.

Understandable — Information and the operation of the user interface must be understandable. This includes making text readable and predictable, and helping users avoid and correct mistakes.

Robust — Content must be robust enough to be interpreted reliably by a wide variety of user agents, including assistive technologies.

Current Accessibility Features

We have implemented a range of features to support accessible use of our platform:

Keyboard navigation — All core functionality can be accessed using a keyboard without requiring a mouse.

Text alternatives — Images and non-text content include descriptive alternative text where appropriate.

Colour contrast — Text and interactive elements are designed to meet or exceed a 7:1 contrast ratio against their backgrounds to ensure readability.

Resizable text — Content remains readable and functional when text is resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.

Consistent navigation — Navigation menus and page structures are presented consistently across the platform.

Form labels — All form inputs are associated with clear, descriptive labels to assist users of assistive technologies.

Focus indicators — Visible focus indicators are provided for all interactive elements to support keyboard and switch access users.

Semantic markup — Pages are built using semantic HTML to ensure compatibility with screen readers and other assistive technologies.

Skip navigation — A skip-to-main-content link is provided to allow users to bypass repeated navigation blocks.

Known Limitations

While we work continuously to improve accessibility, some areas of our platform may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Known limitations may include:

Certain third-party embedded content, such as live streaming players or interactive widgets provided by external services, may not fully conform to accessibility standards. We work with our technology partners to address these gaps where possible.

Some older content or documents may not have been fully optimised for assistive technologies. We are in the process of reviewing and updating such content on an ongoing basis.

Complex interactive features, such as real-time chat or polling tools used during live webinars, may present challenges for some assistive technologies. We are actively seeking improvements in these areas.

Assistive Technology Compatibility

Our platform is designed to be compatible with commonly used assistive technologies, including but not limited to:

Screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver on supported browsers and operating systems.

Voice recognition software such as Dragon NaturallySpeaking.

Keyboard-only navigation across all major browsers.

Browser zoom and text resizing tools.

We recommend using an up-to-date version of your preferred browser for the best accessible experience on our platform.

Third-Party Content

Our platform may include content, tools, or integrations provided by third-party services. While we endeavour to select partners who share our commitment to accessibility, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of all third-party content. Where third-party tools are used, we aim to provide equivalent accessible alternatives wherever feasible.

Ongoing Efforts

Accessibility is an ongoing process. We regularly review our platform for accessibility issues and incorporate improvements into our development cycle. Our efforts include:

Conducting periodic accessibility audits using both automated tools and manual testing.

Including accessibility considerations in the design and development of all new features.

Training our team on accessibility best practices and guidelines.

Gathering and acting on feedback from users who experience accessibility barriers.

If you experience any barriers to access, encounter content that is not accessible, or require information in an alternative format, please contact us. We will do our best to respond promptly and to address your concern or provide the information you need through an accessible means.
