Development Roadmap

Udvarex is building
a platform for how
teams actually learn

A transparent look at what we have shipped, what is in progress, and where the platform is going — no vague promises, just concrete phases.

Phases

Four stages of platform development

  • 01
    Completed — Q1 2025
    Completed

Core infrastructure and live broadcast engine

The first phase focused on the technical foundation: stable video delivery, session management, and a baseline interface for hosts and attendees. Reliability was the primary constraint — everything else was secondary.

    • Low-latency streaming pipeline deployed across 4 regions
    • Session scheduling and calendar sync for hosts
    • Attendee registration flow with email confirmation
    • Basic moderation controls for live sessions
  • 02
    In progress — Q2 2025
    In Progress

    Interactive communication layer

Live Q&A, structured polling, and breakout rooms are being integrated in this phase. The goal is to shift webinars from one-directional broadcasts toward genuine dialogue between participants and subject matter experts.

    • Threaded Q&A with upvoting by attendees
    • Real-time polls with visible result distribution
    • Breakout room assignment — manual and automatic
    • Reaction system without disrupting speaker audio
  • 03
    Planned — Q3 2025
    Planned

Team analytics and knowledge retention tools

Organisations enrolling multiple employees need visibility into engagement — not just attendance figures. This phase introduces session analytics for team leads and post-session quizzes that surface knowledge gaps within days of a webinar.

    • Per-attendee engagement scoring for team managers
    • Automated post-session quiz generation from transcripts
    • Exportable attendance and completion reports
    • Integration with common HR learning record systems
  • 04
    Roadmap — Q4 2025
    Roadmap

Async content library and on-demand access

Not every team member can attend a session live. Phase four converts recorded webinars into searchable, chaptered content with timestamped notes — so the value of a session extends well beyond the hour it runs.

    • Automatic chapter detection from speaker transitions
    • Searchable transcript with keyword highlighting
    • Viewer notes synced to video timestamps
    • Access controls at team and individual level

Direction

Decisions shaping the next twelve months

Building a webinar platform for business teams is not the same as building one for individual learners. The feedback loop is different, the accountability structures are different, and the measure of success is rarely a single session.

Udvarex is prioritising features that serve the team lead as much as the individual attendee — because in most organisations, one person decides whether a platform gets used again. The roadmap reflects that reality rather than ignoring it.

Guiding principle

Reliability before features

Every phase gate requires the previous one to be stable under load before new functionality ships. A dropped session costs more credibility than a missing feature.

Guiding principle

Feedback from actual hosts

Phase priorities are adjusted quarterly based on structured interviews with active host accounts — not inferred from usage data alone. Reach us at help@jedywoa.info to contribute.

Guiding principle

No geography as a barrier

Infrastructure decisions — CDN regions, latency targets, language support — are evaluated against the full spread of countries where teams are currently active, not just the largest markets.
